Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Support logistics operations by processing payments and billing activities. Perform general ledger accounting functions and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities. Confirm sales revenue and assist with accounting close schedules, audits, and other accounting deadlines. Support special accounting projects and workflow improvements. Manage cash flow activities, including bank transactions and cash disbursements. Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Review accounting transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and exchange rate reporting.

Qualifications:

1+ year of accounting experience Associate degree in Finance or Accounting Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas ERP system experience preferred
