We're looking for a Senior Accountant who is ready to take on challenging client engagements and play an important role in analyzing financial information, identifying issues, researching complex accounting matters, and developing solutions. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond routine accounting and gain exposure to complex financial analysis, investigative work, special projects, and unique client situations. What You'll Do Manage client accounting engagements from start to finish with a high level of accuracy and independence. Analyze financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation to identify discrepancies, unusual activity, and areas requiring further review. Prepare and review general ledgers, financial statements, payroll tax returns, W-2s, 1099s, and property tax filings. Research complex accounting and tax matters and develop well-supported solutions and recommendations. Work closely with clients to understand their business operations, accounting needs, and financial information. Prepare financial analyses, tax projections, cash-flow analyses, and other specialized client projects. Supervise accounting engagements and coordinate workflow to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Assist with assigned audit engagements, including planning, coordination, and supervision of various engagement phases. Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships through responsive and knowledgeable service. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and naturally interested in figuring things out.

The ideal candidate:

Has 5+ years of professional accounting experience Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Is working toward a CPA license or is already a CPA
