NS Security is a leading provider in the design, development, manufacture, and distribution of surveillance (CCTV), low-voltage, and networking products. ENS Security is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant (or Junior Accountant) to join our Finance team. This position will have a primary focus on Accounts Receivable, customer account management, reconciliations, and audit support, while also providing support across other accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and take on increasing responsibility. Key Responsibilities Manage and support daily Accounts Receivable activities Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve customer account discrepancies Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records Prepare AR reports and supporting schedules Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Prepare supporting documentation and schedules for financial and other audits Respond to audit requests and assist with gathering required documentation Assist with sales tax and other accounting-related processes Review transactions for accuracy and completeness Assist with other general accounting functions and projects as assigned Learn and effectively utilize the company's ERP and accounting systems Work collaboratively with the Finance team and other departments to resolve accounting issues Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred Experience with Accounts Receivable and account reconciliations Basic to intermediate understanding of general accounting principles Experience supporting audits or preparing audit documentation preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to quickly learn and effectively use an ERP/accounting system Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese required due to regular communication with vendors in

$23.00 - $32.00 per hour
