Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Associate to join our team in Rancho Dominguez, CA. The Accounting Associate will support daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, settlements, and month-end activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, growers, vendors, customers, and other business partners. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, processing, and review of grower and other operational settlements. Support daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and special projects. Perform account reconciliations and assist with researching and resolving discrepancies. Record, review, and maintain financial information within the company's accounting and ERP systems. Interface with Sales, Logistics, Quality Control, and other internal departments to support accounting and operational activities. Communicate professionally with growers, vendors, customers, and other business partners. Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documentation. Assist the accounting team with month-end closing activities and other recurring accounting processes. Provide general administrative, telephone, and office backup support as needed. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or a related field. Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and external business partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally. High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or finance education is a plus.
