We are seeking a Construction Administrator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Corona, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Support construction project administration, including document tracking, data entry, filing, and project coordination.
- Assist with maintaining project records, contracts, change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Use construction and accounting software such as Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, and QuickBooks to update records and process information.

- Prepare reports, organize project files, and help monitor administrative deadlines and required documentation.

- Pay range: $23 to $28 per hour.

- Support day-to-day administrative operations for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, invoices, and construction-related files.
- Coordinate communication between office staff, project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Assist with software-based project tracking, document control, and administrative reporting.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Construction administration experience is required.
- Experience using Procore, NetSuite, Bluebeam, or QuickBooks.
- Bilingual communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction office environment.
- Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts.
- Strong computer skills and comfort working with construction, accounting, or project management systems. Preferred Qualifications
