We are actively looking for an Accountant with Engineering Consultant Industry Experience to join our Costa Mesa office. As part of the Accounting Group, this role maintains a complete and systematic set of records of business transactions, using generally accepted principles and internal controls. Prepares reports to show receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable and payable, and various other financial information, as required by Management.

Duties and responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or business; required MS in finance, accounting or business; preferred 7-10 years of accounting experiences in public and/or private industry; required Experience in engineering consulting industry; required Experience working in company with 1,000+ employees; preferred Strong knowledge in accounting process and procedure, and internal controls Strong knowledge of GAAP/General Accepted Accounting Principals Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated Knowledge/experience with FAR overhead (preferred but not required) All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with
