Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain inventory-related financial transactions with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Review stock movement data and support ongoing inventory control activities across supply chain operations.
- Perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies between records, balances, and transaction details, then assist with resolution.
- Enter, update, and validate large volumes of data within accounting and inventory systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel tools such as VLOOKUPs and PivotTables to organize information, analyze trends, and support reporting needs.
- Assist with account-related balancing tasks connected to inventory, payable items, and other transactional records.
- Support daily documentation and recordkeeping to help ensure reliable audit trails and operational visibility.
- Work within Sage X3 and related systems to process inventory and financial information as needed.
