The team serves clients by determining optimal tax treatment for items and establishing and executing on procedural processes (such as Form 3115 filings) to implement strategies.
The team is known for its agility in researching and navigating new or complex tax issues to create opportunities. In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. - Accounting Methods role: Consult on accounting methods-related issues including automatic and non-automatic accounting methods changes including overall methods, revenue & expense recognition, inventory, capitalization, cost recovery and accounting periods.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required 2 years of relevant experience required Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred Experience in business services, public accounting or consulting preferred Experience in accounting methods preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Access preferred Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth.
