Job Description
Accounting Responsibilities:
Responsible for both AR and AP tasks, making professional judgments on the correctness and reasonableness of subject accounting. Send invoices to customers via QB, match received payments with outstanding invoices, and update the AR register daily. Audit bookings and POs daily, ensuring correct PO syncs to QB. Handle daily tasks related to AP, including matching expenses with bills in QB, deposit refunds, owner payments using CPX, and managing bank accounts online. Conduct monthly tasks such as bank reconciliations, insurance payments, referral fee payments, rent payments, interest payments, loan payments, and ensuring each bank account has sufficient funds. Prepare weekly AR Aging reports and daily AP reports. Ensure accuracy in income accounts and liability accounts. Handle email communications daily and address email queries. Other ad hoc tasks as required.Business Analysis:
Gain a deep understanding of business and financial logic, focusing on key performance indicators of business departments. Collaborate in establishing a business analysis system and management reporting system.Process & Workflow:
Assist in handling business and financial process workflows to enhance efficiency. Drive relevant projects related to business finance alignment and system development.Data Management:
Understand management requirements, system logic, processes, and data generation. Organize basic data drafts, optimize system data quality, and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of financial data.External Relations:
Prepare required materials for external audits and investment partners.Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field from a domestic or international institution.Preferred qualifications:
CPA (US), ACCA (UK), or CGA (Canada). 3-5 years of experience with one of the "Big Four" international accounting firms is preferred. Proficiency in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong self-motivation and self-management skills, proactive and fast learning ability. Demonstrated analytical skills and keen insights into problem-solving and data analysis.Job Type:
