JOB DESCRIPTION 1.

Day-to-day accounting and assist administrative functions 2. Monthly and annual closing processes to ensure financials are properly recorded and reported on a timely, consistent basis. 3. Purchasing, receiving, and payroll 4. Tax 5. Inventory control and manufacturing cost

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. Attentive 2. Fast learning ability 3. Basic computer skills including accounting and office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 4. Good communication ability and skills. 5. Team work ability 6. Basic Mandarin communication is required.

EXPERIENCE

1. Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks are desired.

EDUCATION

1. At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting from USA college/university. 2. 1-3 experience is preferred. This is a professional opening. Only candidate with the accounting Bachelor degree, English and Mandarin communication skills needs to apply.
