We are pursuing engineering excellence with efficiency and dedication. Our main office is in Orange County, CA, and several branch offices in California. Now we are seeking a full time staff accountant for lake forest office, CA. This position reports to controller.

• Make AR invoices accurately and timely based on projects' status delivered by project managers.
• Run related AR report through NetSuite.
• Run related job cost report through NetSuite.
• Send monthly statements, reach clients for payments.
• Reconcile payment account. Qualification, education and experiences:
• Associate degree in business related or accounting related major. New graduate is welcome. We will provide related software and accounting training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Reliable and punctual, working independently.
• Good business judgment.
