Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and calculate carried interest allocations, ensuring figures are accurate and aligned with venture capital compensation structures.
- Support accounting activities tied to employee compensation and co-investment arrangements within the firm.
- Apply venture capital fund accounting knowledge to review financial data, allocations, and related records.
- Partner with stakeholders to provide accounting insight during the FirmView implementation as it relates to carry, compensation, and co-investment functionality.
- Examine existing financial information and translate it into clear accounting support for system-related processes.
- Validate calculations and supporting documentation for compensation-related and investment participation reporting.
