With a strong reputation, experienced leadership, and a collaborative culture, this is a great opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to venture capital finance and operations. Reporting directly to the Controller and working closely with the CFO and external fund administrator, you'll gain hands-on experience across fund accounting, investor reporting, audits, tax, and management company accounting. This is an ideal role for someone who wants broad responsibility, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to grow within a lean, entrepreneurial team. ResponsibilitiesSupport fund accounting and reporting across multiple venture funds and related entitiesAssist with capital calls, distributions, management fees, and fund expensesMaintain reconciliations, schedules, and supporting workpapersTrack investment activity, commitments, and capital balancesSupport investor reporting and ad hoc requestsPartner with the external fund administratorSupport annual audit and tax processes, including K-1 reportingAssist with management company and GP accountingSupport cash reconciliations and month-end closeContribute to process improvements, fund launches, and special projectsFor fastest consideration, reach out to Michelle Espejo via email or LinkedIn.
