Position:
Accountant/Bookkeeper Contribute to the financial success of Villa Siena, playing a key role in supporting our commitment to quality patient care. Be part of a team that fosters a sense of community and belonging, where your contributions directly impact the lives of residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts payable/receivable Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing Maintain confidentiality of financial and patient-related information Support budgeting, payroll, and other administrative accounting tasks
Qualifications:
Bookkeeping accounting experience, preferable in a healthcare setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with accounting sofware and Microsoft Excel Ability to handle confidential information professionally Excellent communication and time-mangement skills
