Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly close cycle, ensuring entries are recorded accurately and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules to provide clear visibility into business performance.
- Maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and validating account activity.
- Oversee account, bank, and cash reconciliations to confirm completeness and accuracy across balances.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, helping maintain timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Contribute to team stability by promoting organized workflows, consistency, and dependable accounting practices.
- Assist with cash management responsibilities, including monitoring balances and related reporting.
- Provide accounting support connected to the organization's move from QuickBooks to NetSuite, including data validation and process alignment.
