Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Staff Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting while working alongside a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Managing general ledger activities, including journal entries and reconciliations. Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across accounts. Maintaining and updating accounting systems and spreadsheets. Assisting with expense analysis and ad hoc financial reports. Supporting general office and administrative tasks as needed. Helping monitor and organize office and inventory supplies. Qualifications What We're Looking For We're looking for someone detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn. You don't need to know everything — we'll support your growth—but a strong foundation and willingness to develop are key. You'll be a great fit if you: Have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Have 0-2 years of experience (internships count!). Possess a basic understanding of accounting principles. Are comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail & can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Communicate clearly and work well in a team environment & handle confidential information with professionalism.
