Job Description:

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. A growing healthcare organization in Palm Springs is seeking an Entry-Level Accountant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation Research and resolve accounting discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 0-2 years of accounting experience or accounting internship experience Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP Excellent communication and organizational skills ERP experience is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
