We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Property Accountant to join a collaborative and fast-paced accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with financial data, supporting business operations, and helping drive financial accuracy. If you're organized, analytical, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Financial & Accounting Support Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system Review contracts and agreements for accurate billing and tracking Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations Billing & Accounts Receivable Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time Track billable expenses and supporting documentation Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections Maintain receivable records and cash flow projections Financial Analysis & Reporting Analyze budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability Monitor project financial performance and work in progress Assist with revenue recognition and reporting requirements Support forecasting and cash management activities Team Collaboration Partner with operations and management teams Support vendors, consultants, and invoice processing Assist with audits and special projects Deliver excellent internal customer service What We're Looking For 2+ years of accounting, project accounting, or property accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of: Accounts Receivable Invoicing Financial Reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables Experience with ERP or accounting systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset Why Apply?
