• Set up new properties and projects in the accounting system
• Review contracts and agreements for accurate billing and tracking
• Maintain account records and support daily accounting operations
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations ?? Billing & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
• Track billable expenses and supporting documentation
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
• Maintain receivable records and cash flow projections ?? Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze budgets, costs, revenue, and profitability
• Monitor project financial performance and work in progress
• Assist with revenue recognition and reporting requirements
• Support forecasting and cash management activities ?? Team Collaboration
• Partner with operations and management teams
• Support vendors, consultants, and invoice processing
• Assist with audits and special projects
• Deliver excellent internal customer service What We're Looking For ?

2+ years of accounting, project accounting, or property accounting experience ? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred ?

Strong knowledge of:

Accounts Receivable Invoicing Financial Reporting ?

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:

VLOOKUPs Pivot Tables ? Experience with ERP or accounting systems ? Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills ? Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset Why Apply? ?
