This role will be responsible for managing month-end and year-end close activities, cost accounting functions, financial reporting support, and partnering with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial results. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle accounting processes Prepare and support month-end and year-end close Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts Analyze and maintain product cost and inventory records Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis Review inventory transactions and cost allocations Support audits and compliance requirements Partner closely with the Controller on accounting operations Improve accounting processes and system efficiencies What We're Looking For 5+ years of accounting experience Full-cycle accounting expertise Cost accounting and/or inventory accounting experience Strong ERP and systems skills; highly system savvy Manufacturing environment experience preferred Food & Beverage Manufacturing experience highly preferred Experience with Sage X3 is a plus, but not required Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience working with inventory-intensive environments Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Compensation & Benefits $95,000 - $115,000 annually Fully onsite role Opportunity for growth and career advancement Apply today if you're an experienced accounting professional looking to contribute in a dynamic manufacturing environment and serve as a key partner to leadership and the Controller.
