Accountant

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant for an established manufacturing company in Pomona, CA. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, prior experience in a manufacturing setting, and proficiency in QuickBooks.

00 DOE Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and maintain accurate Profit & Loss (P&L) statements Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure all balances are accurate and up to date Manage month-end and year-end close processes Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and trends Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Maintain accurate records of inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and production-related expenses Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports Collaborate with operations and management teams to support financial decision-making

Qualifications:
