Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Review and organize accounting records to support audit preparation and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts to ensure financial data is complete and reliable.
- Support accounts payable-related accounting tasks and help verify proper coding and documentation.
- Maintain orderly records and coordinate follow-up items to keep the audit cleanup project moving on schedule.
- Use Excel to analyze financial information, track variances, and improve the clarity of supporting schedules.
