Senior Project Accountant Roseville, CA (Onsite) $100,000-110,000/yr Do you have strong accounting and billing experience from the construction industry? Do you have industry experience from a commercial general contractor? We are looking for a project accountant for a great team in Roseville, CA. This would be an onsite position that could be contract-to-hire or Direct hire. If you have at least two years of work experience, experience with ProCore, and strong billing experience (owner billings) please apply online today!Key Responsibilities:
Manage project billing cycles, including preparation and submission of owner billings, lien waivers, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely billing. Review subcontractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Assist with monthly project financial reporting and forecasting. Maintain organized records for audits and internal reviews. Support job cost analysis and budget reconciliation.Qualifications:
2+ years of accounting experience in a commercial construction environment. Strong understanding of AIA billing formats and construction contracts. Proficiency in accounting software (ProCore). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
