Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $40.00 to $43.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead month end quarter end and year end close activities while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Prepare and review account reconciliations financial schedules and general ledger analyses to support accounting accuracy. Manage fixed asset and capital project accounting activities including asset tracking depreciation and related reporting. Coordinate with operational teams to monitor project activity budgets and financial transactions throughout the project lifecycle. Support regulatory reporting audits and special reporting requests by preparing documentation and financial data.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree in accounting finance or a related field. Bring experience with financial reporting general ledger accounting and close processes in a corporate environment. Demonstrate proficiency with large enterprise resource planning systems and accounting software applications. Possess experience with fixed asset accounting account reconciliations and capital project accounting activities. Maintain the ability to prepare detailed financial analyses and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies. Communicate effectively with auditors engineers regulatory groups and internal business partners. Maintain exceptional attention to detail when preparing reconciliations reports and supporting schedules. Demonstrate strong organizational skills while managing complex accounting responsibilities and reporting requirements.
