Type:
full-time Senior Corporate Accountant Our client, a large privately held company, is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to support corporate accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will be instrumental in the close process, general ledger management, account reconciliations, and multi-entity reporting. The Senior Corporate Accountant will also partner with cross-functional teams, support audits, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Primary Duties:
Lead key close activities and prepare journal entries Reconcile complex accounts and investigate variances Support consolidated reporting and intercompany accounting Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting documentation Assist with audits, internal controls, and accounting policy compliance Partner with internal teams on reporting, analysis, and special projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting 5+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong GAAP knowledge ERP experience and advanced Excel skills CPA preferred
