Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger adjustments.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders and external auditors. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable accounting regulations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, payroll, and leadership teams.
