Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Staff Accountant will support the US and international accounting team by preparing monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations, accounting for fixed assets, and assisting with audit preparations under the guidance of accounting staff.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs general accounting and other related duties for the organization Maintains the Fixed asset ledgers Reconciles bank accounts daily/monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses reconciling items Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts Assists with commission and royalty calculations based on company financial results and contractual agreements Assists with tax and other required filings with external partners to local government agencies and authorities Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures Performs other duties as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field, requiredEXPERIENCE
At least one to three years of related experience required At least three years of related experience required. Certified Public Accountant designation a plus, but not required.PREFERRED SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting softwareSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
