The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily bank transactions booking, and monthly bank and account reconciliations. Reconcile, adjust, and maintain specific balance sheet accounts. Compile, enter, and post monthly journal entry adjustments. Perform daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable booking. Tracks expenses on a monthly basis and creates expense reports. Collects overdue payment from customers. Responsible for influencer payments. Interact with CFO and assists with any other projects as assigned.

Skills:

Good interpersonal communication skills. Strong quantitative and analytical skills and ability to remain focused on core responsibilities. Experience working in fast-paced professional environment. Ability to respond quickly and precisely at moment's notice.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or similar experience. Computer skills- Microsoft Office and Quickbooks. Must have book-keeping experience. Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
