full-time CV Resources has partnered with a real estate firm to identify an experienced Senior Accountant to support their management company and fund-level accounting functions. What You'll Be Doing Maintain accounting books and records for the management company, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close files Process accounts payable for the management company and fund-level entities Prepare equity and loan draws for construction and development projects Prepare annual 1099 filings and process gross receipts tax payments Prepare support for third-party tax preparers and accounting firms Prepare expense allocations and reimbursements from fund- and property-level entities Reconcile the corporate credit card and ensure activity is properly reimbursed Maintain accounting system records to reflect acquisitions, dispositions, and organizational changes Assist with treasury functions, including bank account openings/closures, transfers, wires, and bank portal administration Support ad hoc projects as needed Must-Haves 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience Real estate industry experience at the corporate level Yardi or MRI ERP Nice-to-Haves Experience at a real estate firm Compensation $90,000 - $115,000 base + bonus Location & Schedule Santa Monica (4+ days onsite)
