Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant - Farming responsible for supporting the Farm Accounting team and will utilize their skills and experience to ensure timely/accurate analysis and assist in the effort to ensure accurate financial records. They will participate in the daily/monthly accounting tasks. The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and contribute to the overall success of the department. Additional Info What You Will Need :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, required. 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis with increasingly responsible experience, required. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and GAAP, required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required. Ability to analyze financial data Ability to identify/communicate issues as they arise. Ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail Oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate meaningful insights and analysis. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
What Will Set You Apart :
Previous Ag/Cost Accounting or Public Accounting experience a plus. Previous ERP software experience preferred.
Benefits Total Rewards:
$80,000 - $95,000 / YEAR Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
