Sunnyvale, CA Temp Position Title:

Accountant•AP (Temp, 30 hours / week)

Responsibilities/Duties:

Manages Account Payables and make sure timely payment internally and externally Manages Fixed Assets Updates W-9 and Form 1099 Assists in forecasting and budgeting Prepare and post related journal entries for month end closing

Education/Experience/Skills Requirements:

BA degree with minimum of 2-3 years of related experience Must be organized and detail oriented Completes tasks correctly and on time Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently SAP experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Performs other related work as assigned
