This role is well suited for an accounting specialist who can manage core close activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support compliance across multiple entities or jurisdictions. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, practical experience with financial reporting, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly close activities by preparing and reviewing entries, tracking deadlines, and helping ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables. Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through accurate recording of transactions and ongoing review of account activity. Perform detailed reconciliations for balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies identified during the close process. Complete bank reconciliations and investigate variances to support accurate cash reporting. Assist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with

U.S. GAAP.

Support compliance efforts related to multi-state tax obligations and other statutory reporting requirements. Contribute to accounting operations for multi-entity or international business structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across records. Partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen accounting processes, documentation, and reporting controls. At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience in a detail-focused business environment. Hands-on background in month-end close, journal entry preparation, and general ledger management. Proven experience performing account reconciliations and bank reconciliations with strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and basic financial reporting principles. Familiarity with multi-state tax compliance requirements within the United States. Experience supporting multi-entity organizations; exposure to international operations is an advantage. Korean language skills are preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
