Staff Accountant

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a one of our clients located in Sunnyvale, California looking to fill a Staff Accountant job. The work schedule is hybrid and will be in-office 2-days a week. The right candidate should have 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant working with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and be able to speak fluent Mandarin The role will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, supporting the month-end close, managing the payables, reconciliations, and assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications for the job include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Mandarin speaking required
• Strong accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations experience
• Solid general accounting and GAAP principles
• Attention to detail, problem-solver, and analytical
• Excellent communications skills written & verbal and a team player
• Software experience with a medium to large ERP would be a preferred (NetSuite, Oracle)
• Strong Excel
• Advanced (pivot table, vlookups, sumif etc...)
• Industry experience in a manufacturing environment would be a plus

Experience:

3 years of accounting experience (Staff Accountant, General Ledger Accountant, Accountant)

Pay Details:
