Full Job Description Role Overview:
Support financial consolidation, technical accounting, and reporting activities for North America by preparing accurate analyses, journal entries, and process improvements. Assist in researching IFRS andU.S. GAAP
accounting standards, ensuring compliance and consistency across entities. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead projects, and contribute to audit and SOX compliance efforts.Key Responsibilities:
Support financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes, including variance analysis and reconciliations. Drive process, control, and reporting enhancements; maintain documentation and reference materials. Lead and coordinate projects, providing guidance and tracking progress with IT teams for implementation. Assist with audits, SOX controls, and compliance activities, preparing necessary documentation and responses. Research and apply IFRS andU.S. GAAP
standards; prepare accounting memos and supporting workpapers.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. 8+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and private industry, with 4+ years in public accounting. Strong knowledge ofIFRS, U.S.
GAAP, and technical accounting research. Experience with financial close, consolidation, reporting, and audit support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems; familiarity with IT automation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in a SOX environment and ability to collaborate across teams.Work Environment & Benefits:
