What You'll Do:
As the Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records while supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate account discrepancies Maintain and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Prepare schedules and documentation for external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Partner with cross-functional departments to support business operations and reporting Preferred Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/accounting software Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments #LI-LM1 #
