Job Description
Additional qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of construction accounting preferred. Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a nonprofit or multi-funded organization is preferred. Knowledge of property management accounting is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience with real estate development accounting. Familiarity with regulatory compliance reporting. Experience managing vendor records and financial documentation. Prior experience supporting audits and financial reporting processes.
