Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $100,000 to $115,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage month end close activities by reviewing transactions reconciliations and financial reports within the accounting system. Analyze operational and financial results to identify trends support decision making and improve business performance. Review accounting work prepared by internal or external resources to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Partner with operational teams to evaluate costs profitability and opportunities for improved financial performance. Support process improvement initiatives by strengthening controls reporting procedures and financial workflows.

Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a professional business environment. Demonstrate strong hands on experience using NetSuite for accounting reporting and financial analysis. Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and month end close processes. Use Excel at an advanced level to analyze large datasets prepare reports and perform variance analysis.

Qualifications:

Analyze cost data profitability trends and financial performance to provide actionable business insights. Communicate effectively with leadership operational teams and external accounting partners.
