Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. (We need status that allows long-term work, so applicants with OPT status will not be considered.)

• Key Responsibilities / Functions
• Recording all the AP invoices
• Process the vendor expenses and monitor / clear the vendor payments, especially freight expenses
• Online store dispute charge back
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Maintaining customer accounts.

Working with a billing system generating invoices. Collecting payments.

Skills / Attributes

Required

• Chinese / Mandarin speaking is required.
• Experience with Oracle or another integrated accounting system
• Must be detail oriented
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective and professional communicator
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to build effective working relationships within the department and across multiple business functions
• Sound judgment skills when under pressure and within a fast paced environment
• Good analytical, organizational, problem solving and listening skills
• Ability to challenge existing processes and procedures within and outside of AP/AR to improve overall efficiency
• Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, initiative, responsiveness, and quality focused Education Associates Degree in Accounting or related field.
