- Key Responsibilities / Functions
- Recording all the AP invoices
- Process the vendor expenses and monitor / clear the vendor payments, especially freight expenses
- Online store dispute charge back
- All other miscellaneous duties as assigned
- Maintaining customer accounts.
Skills / Attributes
Required- Chinese / Mandarin speaking is required.
- Experience with Oracle or another integrated accounting system
- Must be detail oriented
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Effective and professional communicator
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to build effective working relationships within the department and across multiple business functions
- Sound judgment skills when under pressure and within a fast paced environment
- Good analytical, organizational, problem solving and listening skills
- Ability to challenge existing processes and procedures within and outside of AP/AR to improve overall efficiency
- Accountability, assertiveness, dependability, initiative, responsiveness, and quality focused Education Associates Degree in Accounting or related field.
