Job Description
Salary:
$35-$38/hrLocation-Woodland Responsibilities:
Support daily accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.Assist withjournal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.1-3 years of accounting experience, including general ledger and reconciliation work.Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; ERP experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
