Financial Reporting Associate Greenwood Village , CO Direct Hire Finance $65K to $75K 08/26/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and support periodic financial reports and regulatory filings while ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Analyze financial information and develop supporting documentation for disclosures financial statements and management reporting. Assist with month end and year end close activities including reconciliations account analyses and reporting schedules. Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to support reviews audits and compliance related requests. Participate in special projects process improvements and accounting initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
A Bachelor degree or higher in accounting. Bring experience in financial reporting public accounting or regulatory reporting within a corporate environment. Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with enterprise accounting systems. Maintain the ability to research accounting matters and apply guidance to complex business transactions.
Qualifications:
Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial data and reporting issues. Communicate effectively with auditors management and cross functional business partners. Maintain exceptional attention to detail when preparing reports reconciliations and supporting schedules. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills while meeting multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
