Staff Accountant Salary:

Staff Accountant:
- Manage client accounting engagements and serve as a primary contact for financial and accounting questions.
- Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, general ledger analyses, and month-end/year-end close activities.
- Generate and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements while communicating findings to leadership.
- Research IRS and state tax notices and assist with tax-related reporting requirements.
- Support audit engagements and internal control reviews.
- Prepare workpapers and ensure accuracy of financial records and account reconciliations.
Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related required
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
- QuickBooks and Excel skills required.
- Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.
