This role plays an important part in ensuring grant activity is tracked, reported, and documented in accordance with GAAP and nonprofit grant requirements. Working closely with the Accounting Manager, you'll gain exposure to grant reporting, month-end close, and compliance processes making this an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded foundation in accounting. Key Responsibilities Support accounting and reporting for grant-funded programs and activities Assist with month-end close , specifically related to grant activity Prepare and maintain grant reporting and documentation Help ensure compliance with grant requirements and internal policies Partner with internal departments to gather information and support audit readiness Track and reconcile grant-related transactions to ensure accuracy Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome) Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Interest in nonprofit or grant accounting a plus Ability to work collaboratively across teams This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career accountant looking to grow in a stable, mission-driven environment with strong team support and long-term potential. #
