Job Description:

Hybrid | Wayne, PA, Oreland, PA, or Wilmington, DE Our client, a growing public accounting firm, is seeking an experienced Individual Tax Manager to lead client engagements, provide strategic tax planning, and mentor staff. Responsibilities Lead multiple tax engagements, including budgeting, staffing, billing, and collections Review complex individual and trust tax returns Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for clients Provide proactive tax planning and strategic guidance Mentor and develop team members Drive process improvements and support firm growth Qualifications CPA required 5+ years of public accounting experience Strong background in individual tax return review and tax planning Proven success managing client relationships Leadership experience with staff development and mentoring Experience with CCH Tax, Workstream, Document , and Bloomberg Income Tax Planner is a plus
