We are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant at Katsur Management Group, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including complex bank reconciliations, reviewing the work of accounting clerks, conducting financial statement analysis, data mining, and report compilation. Your attention to detail and expertise in Microsoft Excel will be invaluable in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Review the work of accounting clerks to identify discrepancies and provide feedback.
  • Assist with financial statement analysis to support decision-making.
  • Conduct data mining to extract meaningful insights from financial data.
  • Compile reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Four years or more experience as an accountant.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Great Plains/Dynamics and Netsuite are a plus.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
