Financial Accountant (Sole Charge | Manufacturing)

Orlando, FL (on-site, Central Florida candidates only no relocation)

Full-time Wage/Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000 annually Red Meters seeks a sole-charge financial professional to manage the company's complete accounting operations. This hands-on position involves direct collaboration with leadership and an external CPA firm, with no team reporting structure or plans to expand the finance department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, trial balances, and general ledger maintenance. Inventory and cost accounting for manufactured products, including raw materials tracking and cost of goods sold. Month-end procedures, customer deposits, deferred revenue, bank reconciliations, and journal entries. Payroll processing and vendor/customer relations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, sole-charge background strongly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, customer deposits, deferred revenue, and month-end close procedures. QuickBooks expertise and modern accounting software skills. Comfort using AI tools and software automation. Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred. Conversational Spanish appreciated but optional.
