Own and drive key aspects of the month-end and year-end closePrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedulesAssist in the preparation of financial statements and internal reportingAnalyze financial performance and investigate variancesSupport external audits, ensuring accuracy and complianceIdentify and implement process improvements and control enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally with finance and operational teams

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance3-6+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to work through large data setsDetail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
