Excellent Benefits Package About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a well-established and growing organization in the Brooksville/Dade City area. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking for a stable company, strong benefits, and a role with meaningful responsibility. The Senior Accountant will be involved in the day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while partnering with management. Responsibilities Manage general ledger accounting and month-end close activities Prepare and review account reconciliations Prepare financial statements and monthly management reports Analyze account balances and investigate variances Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash activity as needed Prepare and record journal entries and accruals Maintain accurate and organized accounting records Assist with year-end close and external audit/tax preparation Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Work closely with management and other departments on accounting-related matters Perform other accounting and financial analysis duties as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 3-5+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements Experience with QuickBooks required Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities What We Offer $70,000-$90,000 salary , depending on experience Excellent benefits package Stable and established organization Opportunity for professional growth Supportive work environment Meaningful role with visibility to management Strong work-life balance This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant who wants to join a stable organization, take ownership of the accounting function, and build a long-term career with a great company.Benefits
