What You'll Do Handle full‑cycle accounting for multiple entities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and journal entries Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal and state requirements Assist with tax preparation, filings, and audit support Analyze financial results and provide insights to management Help improve accounting processes and internal controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning What We're Looking For Active CPA license (required) 5+ years of accounting experience , including multi‑company accounting Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Comfortable working with accounting software and Excel Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities independently Clear communicator with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset Why Join Spartan Compensation commensurate with experience Professional, collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a real impact across multiple businesses Located in Cocoa Beach, FL , just across the street from the ocean
