We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger management, month-end close procedures, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and sub-ledger oversight (AP/AR). The ideal candidate brings a solid grasp of GAAP, hands-on full-cycle experience, and the ability to drive accurate financial reporting.

General Ledger & Month-End Close:

Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjusting entries; assist in driving the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

Account Reconciliations:

Perform monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, and intercompany tie-outs to ensure data integrity.

Full-Cycle Sub-Ledger Oversight:

Oversee and process full-cycle Accounts Payable (3-way matching, invoice coding, check runs) and Accounts Receivable (cash applications, aging analysis, billing adjustments).

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement) and variance analysis for management review.

Audit & Compliance Support:

Maintain clean schedules and documentation to support annual external audits, tax filings, and internal controls.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

Experience:

 1-2+ years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting experience (GL, journal entries, month-end close).

Technical Skills:

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas) and proficiency with ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP).

Core Competencies:

 Solid knowledge of GAAP, meticulous attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and clear written/verbal communication skills.
