Job description Wine World currently has an opening for an experienced Bookkeeper. This position is a full-time, year-round position based out of our corporate office on Commons Drive in Destin.

Responsibilities include:

Open and sort mail daily Receive inventory items into POS Software Enter invoices into Netsuite Enter journal entries as needed Scan and file vendor payment stubs Complete credit applications for new vendors Enter new vendors as needed / request and maintain W-9 records Review vendor statements & request invoice copies as needed Answer phones Receive and respond to vendor payment inquires Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Email, Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication skills, dependable Must be detail oriented Above average typing and data entry experience a plus Netsuite Experience preferred Accounting experience preferred but possibly entry level/ willing to train the right person
